"WHY DO I HAVE TO
THINK ABOUT YOUR
DEAD BODY
RIGHT NOW?"
After wrapping up the one-and-done antics of Five Nights at Freddy’s, Rick and Cylon return to The Medium to delve deeper into its dual-reality horror. While the game’s eerie atmosphere and innovative split-screen mechanics still manage to impress, the slow pacing and heavy-handed exposition leave plenty of room for Rick and Cylon to riff on the game’s more awkward moments.
The gang explores the haunting environments, solving puzzles and uncovering more of the story’s dark twists, all while taking plenty of opportunities to poke fun at the overly serious tone and clunky controls. Whether it’s navigating the unsettling otherworld or commenting on the game’s attempts at emotional depth, Rick and Cylon keep things entertaining with their sharp banter and comedic timing.
While The Medium may not be the fastest-paced horror game, the duo’s commentary breathes life into every moment, making this a fun and spooky continuation of their journey. GAME BIO:
