3 Episodes [FULL GAME] Aired Sun. Apr. 11th, 2021
"DOES BULLET TIME
HAVE TO ADHERE
TO DAYLIGHT
SAVINGS?"

Rick, Flux, and Topsy dive into Remedy Entertainment's legendary noir shooter Max Payne, expecting hard-boiled action, stylish bullet time, and enough slow-motion gunfights to make every hallway feel like an action movie. What they don't expect...

...is that nearly every criminal in New York appears to have graduated from the Royal Academy of Overacting.

From the very first firefight, the trio becomes hopelessly distracted by the game's wonderfully exaggerated death screams. Every encounter somehow manages to top the last, turning intense shootouts into uncontrollable laughter as gangsters fling themselves across rooms while delivering performances that deserve their own curtain call.

Of course, there's still plenty of Max Payne to enjoy. Rick, Flux, and Topsy battle through subway stations, abandoned buildings, and the city's criminal underworld while roasting the game's melodramatic narration, comic book presentation, and wonderfully early-2000s charm. GAME BIO:

Released in 2001 by Remedy Entertainment, Max Payne revolutionized third-person shooters with its cinematic "bullet time" mechanic, graphic novel storytelling, and gritty neo-noir atmosphere. Players follow undercover detective Max Payne as he battles New York's criminal underworld while seeking revenge for the murder of his family. The game remains one of the most influential action titles of its generation.
