Rick, Pickles, and Cylon cleanse their gaming palettes after the melodrama of Gabriel Knight 2 with the high-energy chaos of Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. This hack-and-slash prequel to Breath of the Wild brings the action, with waves of enemies, explosive combat, and plenty of opportunities for the crew to unleash their inner warriors.
Rick takes the lead, slicing through hordes of Bokoblins and Lizalfos while marveling at the game’s slick visuals and fast-paced mechanics. Pickles focuses on wreaking havoc with over-the-top special moves, dubbing them “Hyrule’s answer to fireworks,” while Cylon delights in the ridiculous scale of the battles and roasts every overly serious cutscene.
With plenty of laughs, sharp commentary, and some much-needed catharsis after their earlier stream, this Age of Calamity session is the perfect mix of action and humor. Whether you’re here for the Zelda lore, the chaotic combat, or just the banter, this stream delivers a much-needed blast of fun.
